If a business contacted you through Rai2nbow
- To stop messages: reply STOP, or the stop word in your language, to any message. We will not contact you again for that business.
- To have your data deleted: ask the business you ordered from, or email privacy@rai2nbow.com with your phone number and the business's name. We pass the request to the business, and once it is confirmed we delete your data from Rai2nbow within 30 days. We keep only a note that you asked not to be contacted, so that we can respect it.
If your business uses Rai2nbow
- 1.Disconnect. Remove Rai2nbow from your WhatsApp Business account in Meta Business Suite (the account's settings list the apps and partners that can reach it), or disconnect in our console. From then on we cannot reach your WhatsApp account.
- 2.Delete. Email privacy@rai2nbow.com from an admin address of your business. We confirm the request, give you a copy of your order data if you ask for it, and delete everything else within 30 days.
If you connected a business with your Facebook login
Remove Rai2nbow from the business integrations in your Facebook settings. This removes the link between your Facebook login and our app; a business you connected stays connected until it is disconnected in Meta (see Disconnect above). For full deletion, email privacy@rai2nbow.com as above.
What gets deleted
Messages, call audio and transcripts, order details, access tokens and settings. Your business's encryption keys are destroyed, so no backup copy can be read afterwards. We keep only what the law requires (such as invoices) and opt-out notes, so that nobody who asked to be left alone is contacted again.
Confirmation
We confirm each completed deletion by email, with a reference number.
